The Fotografiska Image Art Center at No. 127, Guangfu Road, Shanghai, is an old warehouse built in 1931 and has now been transformed into a 4-story art space. Recently, it has brought us an unprecedented African photography exhibition - "MARVELLOUS REALISM". • Myth: Explore the mysterious stories and ancient legends of Africa. • Flow: Feel the vitality of the African land and the circulation of culture. • Memory: Look back at the history and memories of the African people through the lens of the photographer. This exhibition brings together the masterpieces of 16 photographers and is one of the largest African photography exhibitions in Asia. Each piece tells a story with its unique composition, vivid expressions, and real emotional transmission.
