#cherryblossom25 Having Thai food at Thai Gallery in Shanghai during spring was a delightful experience. The air was mild, and the flavors were bold. A nice, warm bowl of appetizing soup set the tone, comforting and rich. The fluffy eggs were perfectly cooked—light yet flavorful—while the crispy fish added the ideal crunch.
