A super authentic historical treasure museum of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Bank is hidden at the Jiujiang Road intersection🏛️ The Shanghai-Hong Kong Bank History Exhibition Hall at the Jiujiang Road intersection🏛️, I passed by a few times before but never went in to take a look. Turns out you can make a reservation on site to visit👀! As soon as you enter the hall, it feels just like a securities museum📈, and it completely restores the previous scenes🎞️. A 24-meter-long marble counter🗄️, black and white mosaic marble floor🖤🤍, and workstations of bank employees from the Republic of China era💺. Walking further inside, you can also see the old vault and safe deposit box room🗝️. It is said to have one of the only two large gold ingots remaining in Shanghai (photo 10📸)! The first floor is not very large. After a casual stroll, you can go up to the second floor👆. The second floor has many old tickets🎫 and exhibits of the bank’s old items with descriptions📜. At the end, there is a black and white spiral staircase🌀.
