Shanghai-born orca "Fat Baozi" celebrates second birthday

On the afternoon of November 29, Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park was bustling with excitement as the second Shanghai-born orca calf, "Fat Baozi," celebrated its second birthday. Fans from all over the country and over ten thousand visitors gathered to sing Happy Birthday to it. "Fat Baozi" has grown rapidly, with its weight increasing from 196 kg to 990 kg, supported by a "million-yuan childcare subsidy" to ensure its healthy growth. Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, is themed around marine culture and features five major zones, a resort hotel, and sixteen star shows such as the "Orca Science Show" and "Sea Lion Express."
