Beautiful Zhenru Temple

#chinaadventures I visited Zhenru Temple (真如寺) in Shanghai and found it calm and deeply peaceful. Unlike busy tourist temples, this place feels very local and authentic. The wooden main hall is impressive and full of history, showing traditional Chinese craftsmanship from the Yuan Dynasty. Walking inside, the atmosphere is quiet, with the soft smell of incense and people praying sincerely. Go here in the morning or afternoon. The entrance tix is only 10 RMB per person. It's such a good place to enjoy the calm vibe of Shanghai.
