The feng shui master Lai Buyi traveled to Dapeng Bay and passed by Dongshan Longtou Stone Mountain. He found that there was a purple glow here, which is a sign of auspiciousness. He told the local villagers that this is a blessed place. Building a temple here can ensure peace in the area, so Dongshan Temple was built. ✔️Dongshan Temple has a history of more than 600 years. It has undergone three renovations in history. The first renovation was in the Xianfeng year of the Qing Dynasty. The second time was in 1993, when local people and compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao, as well as overseas Chinese, spontaneously donated more than one million yuan for the second renovation of Dongshan Temple. In 2009, the third renovation was carried out. ✔️There is a small pavilion at the entrance of Dongshan Temple where you can ask for incense. ✔️Here you can't hear the noise of the crowd, it's incredibly quiet, you can only hear the chanting of the scriptures brought by the breeze, it's really healing. ✔️The architecture inside is in the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. If you can avoid it, don't bring them.
