Magical Stay at Jaya House

Jaya House was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff are incredibly attentive, making us feel like royalty. Every detail is so thoughtfully planned—from the team remembering our drink preferences to assisting us with booking our complimentary daily massages, spritzing us with their handmade bug spray, and welcoming us back from temple visits with chilled towels. We expected Jaya to be great based on the reviews but didn’t realize just how exceptional it would be. Our only regret (and it’s a significant one) is not staying longer. Initially, we were hesitant about traveling to Cambodia due to the recent border conflict and even considered canceling, but I’m so glad we proceeded with the trip. We felt completely safe the entire time, both inside and outside the hotel. Cambodia is a stunning country, Siem Reap is fantastic, and Jaya House is absolutely magical.
