Marché La Pantry

Marche La Pantry is another of Montreal's excellent boulangeries. Their products are more unique in their flavour combinations, as evidenced by a tea and pear brioche and basque cake that I sampled on a recent visit. The brioche was delicious, fluffy and rich, and the basque cake was filled with a bright orange berry of some kind that was equally sweet and tart, and encapsulated by a flaky pastry
