Memorable

The food was amazing. The fresh scallops tasted like they were just caught, and the pavlova, resembling the Opera House, was a delightful touch. The waiters were all friendly and professional. With the lights of the city framed by the sweeping arches of the Sydney Opera House, Bennelong possesses unquestionably the best dining room in the city. The pavlova was served with passionfruit sauce, with wafer thin opera house "shells" decorating it. I felt so bad smashing them. The passionfruit had a good balance of sweet and sour, and the pavlova meringue was pretty fresh. A great way to end the meal. #australiatrip #finedining #sydney
