Everywhere is leisurely, everywhere is a view: Shinjuku Gyoen during cherry blossom season

Living near Shinjuku, Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo during cherry blossom season is a must-visit. Having been self-employed and my own boss for a while, I have more leisure time to control as an elder. Walking over 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station, the scattered sunlight is very warm. There's a queue at the entrance, and a ticket costs 500 yen, which is very worthwhile for two people at 48rmb (of course, free would be better!). Entering Shinjuku Gyoen doesn't require a guide; just mindlessly walk towards the sunlight, the lawns, and the cherry blossoms, and you'll be enchanted by the views everywhere. My wife and I had already bought some food at FamilyMart (oh right, there's a reminder that alcoholic beverages are not allowed), which we didn't notice until we were at the entrance and then made sure to finish and sort our trash later, not causing any trouble (abiding by the law both domestically and abroad, not being a double-standard citizen). I especially recommend being ready to take photos when walking towards the exit before the park closes, capturing the scenery of a breeze blowing through the cherry trees and a flurry of cherry petals falling like snow, it's so beautiful. Spending an afternoon lying on the grass, soaking up the sun, chatting, relaxing, and snacking, such a waste of time is truly wonderful!
