Luxury Dinner in Aoyama

A stylish Italian restaurant in Aoyama. We had an 11,000 yen (tax excluded) course. Despite the rainy and cold weather, the staff were waiting for us at the entrance on the first floor. Inside the restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while viewing digital art. The meal was a seasonal course, and each dish was served in generous portions. We started with champagne and then had a bottle of white wine. ◼️ Shirasu Bruschetta The fresh shirasu was piled high, and it was delicious. The bread was sprinkled with sake lees, and it also had cheese and a refreshing citrus aroma, making it incredibly tasty. ◼️ Sea Bream Carpaccio The semi-dried Amela tomatoes were a great accent. It paired excellently with the basil oil. ◼️ Mushroom Risotto A fragrant dish. It was topped with plenty of mushrooms, perfect for autumn. ◼️ Pasta Dish A tomato cream pasta made with tuna cheek meat. The chewy noodles were delicious. ◼️ Charcoal-Grilled Domestic Beef Sirloin The sauce had a strong accent. The recommended doneness was medium-rare. It was tender and delicious. ◼️ Chestnut Torta It was sweet, so coffee was a must. I had an espresso, but it wasn't enough, and I was left wanting more (lol).
