Coffee P.E.A.K. Coffee PEAK by Bluekoff This Udon Thani trip guarantees good coffee at every shop we visit! It started with a continuous search for coffee shops on Google Maps until I stumbled upon a uniquely named place called Coffee P.E.A.K. The acronym stands for Performance, Experience, Advances, and Knowledge. Once I saw the interior atmosphere of the shop, it was stunningly beautiful. The shop is so beautiful that every angle you shoot from is amazing, which made me worry that it might be all looks but no substance. But that's not the case here, as this place is also a coffee brewing school, so you can definitely trust their skills. On the day I visited, the shop was about to close, which meant many menu items were nearly sold out, especially coffee. So, I ordered a non-coffee menu item like the OKINAWA SPARKLE, one of the shop's signatures. This drink has frozen lychee toppings that give a cool, minty taste with the distinct fresh aroma of yuzu and lychee. After walking around looking for the shop and feeling tired, it was refreshing to sit in the cool shop and sip on this drink. As for the coffee that my partner ordered, it tasted very good as well. It's a pity I didn't note down the name of the menu item, but next time I go back, I want to try other menu items from the shop too. Location Coffee P.E.A.K.
