Afternoon tea can be reserved, but mango bingsu and cakes cannot be reserved. You have to take a number and wait when you get there, and we visited on a weekend and there were about 10 teams waiting. We waited for about an hour, but it wasn't boring because it's right next to Lotte World Mall. And you don't have to worry about not getting a window view because all the seats have it! Signiel serves the mango bingsu like sashimi, which was a bit disappointing, but it was delicious when eaten with the snowflake ice, red beans, and ice cream. And honestly, the opera cake was even tastier than the mango bingsu. It remains the best opera cake of my life.
