Lanzhou Ink Wash Danxia looks like a palette spilled by the heavens. The moment you enter the scenic area, you are surrounded by layers of colorful mountains, and every ridge sparkles under the sunlight～ 📍Lanzhou Ink Wash Danxia Tourist Scenic Area Address: Xinghua Village, Shuping Town, Yongdeng County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province Ticket Price: 80 RMB Opening Hours: October 10 - March 31 (next year) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (last ticket at 4:00 PM) Extended by half an hour on weekends and holidays 👉Must-Visit Spots Recommended: 1️⃣ Qicai Feixia Viewing Platform The best spot for a panoramic view! Look out over the entire Danxia landform. The mountain colors change magically under different lighting at various times, especially after rain when the colors saturate fully under the sun🌈 2️⃣ Silk Road Experience Area A complete Danxia canyon trail, as if traveling through the ancient Silk Road. Every snapshot looks like a blockbuster scene. Wearing bright clothes is recommended for better photos～ 3️⃣ Geological Science Exhibition Hall A must-visit if you bring kids. It uses AR technology to show the formation process of the Danxia landform, offering an excellent interactive experience. 4️⃣ Xinghua Village Farmhouse Restaurant A cheap and authentic farmhouse restaurant at the scenic area entrance. Highly recommend trying Yongdeng’s special yellow-braised lamb and sour noodle soup. You can eat your fill for about 40 RMB per person! Little Tips: 1. The whole scenic area takes about 3-4 hours on foot, so wear comfortable sports shoes. 2. The UV rays are strong, so be sure to apply sunscreen (personal experience: beware of sunburn!) 3. Best photo times are before 10 AM or after 3 PM. 4. Large temperature differences in autumn and winter, remember to bring a jacket.
