The city built on a waterfall

Furong (Furong) City in Hunan Province is famous for its waterfall located within the city, surrounded by ancient buildings. The city's name is associated with the film 'Hibiscus Town.' You can reach it from Zhangjiajie by high-speed train in 30 minutes. Taxi apps don't work well here, so it's better to arrange a transfer through your hotel—many offer it for free. Entry to the old part with the waterfall is paid, even if you're staying in that area; if you leave the territory, you'll need to re-enter. In my opinion, the city looks beautiful only in pictures and in the evening when the lights come on. It's worth visiting once. At 6 a.m., there are almost no people, so you can take photos peacefully; during the day and evening, there are many tourists, and the space is very limited as the streets are very narrow.
