Marriott Series Room Brushing Diary -- Overview of Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou East After the Chinese New Year, I needed to transit through Zhengzhou via high-speed rail for work resumption. Initially, I wanted to book the Le Meridien Zhengzhou, but after checking the map, I found that this Courtyard is only a fifteen-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Station, which is the closest. Out of convenience and with low expectations, I chose this Courtyard, but the unexpected fireworks and the excellent view from the room, along with a nice breakfast, all turned out to be bonus points, making the overall experience exceed my expectations. Rooms As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a 53-square-meter high-floor corner room. There were standard welcome fruits, a cloakroom, a bathing area, and a bedroom with two interconnected circulation paths, featuring the same bathtub as the Four Points by Sheraton. The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is very good, and the perspective from the small sofa while eating is nice, with the twin towers at the entrance of the East Station by Greenland having a sense of design. ★Dining Happy hour didn't have many hot dishes, only four or five, but they were replenished promptly. In addition, there were desserts, fruits, freshly squeezed juices, and other standard offerings. The breakfast was particularly impressive and exceeded expectations, with a rich variety of dishes and a special spicy soup that was also good. There's a small gym as standard, seemingly no swimming pool, which is a bit disappointing, especially since the Aloft up the street has one.
