Also known as ‘Lantern of the North’, Elgin Cathedral is one of Scotland’s most beautiful medieval cathedrals. Work started on the cathedral in the first half of 1200s, and it’s dedicated to the Holy Trinity. Elgin is located between Aberdeen and Inverness. Admission ticket for adult will cost £9.50 and it’s open daily from 10am to 4pm. One of the iconic animal you will find in souvenir from Scotland is their highland coo , which is basically long haired cow… there are some in the wild and some read as pets… here’s the one we visited, the hair is so long it covers their eyes. So cute
