A Fargo Itinerary: Discovering North Dakota's Hidden Gems
The perfect itinerary for your first trip to Fargo:
Day 1.
The first place you should go on your trip is Downtown Fargo. I’d recommend staying at Jasper hotel which is absolutely amazing and brand new. It’s located just in front of Fargo Historic Theater. Take a picture of it and go to Hjemkomst Center, it’s time to learn something new! It is the Scandinavian culture center across the bridge in Fargo’s sister-city Moorhead. The area has a rich Scandinavian history, and many locals’ ancestry can be traced back to Norway and Sweden (you’ll notice a lot of fair-haired folks around town!). After having lunch at BernBaum’s you head to Bear Creek winery in order to have one of the best wine tastings in your life.
Day 2.
Plains Art Museum is the largest art museum in the entire state, so you shouldn’t miss it! Take a guided, 60-minute tour for $4 per person, led by an experienced guide. Reservations are required for the tours, but you can also take a self-guided gander through Plains Art Museum‘s three main exhibitions. After it if I were you I’d check the murals and that very famous FARGO woodchipper. FARGO, the Coen brothers cult classic film, doesn’t actually take place in Fargo, ND, but they still have the original iconic Woodchipper on display at the Fargo-Moorhead Visitors Center!
Day 3.
The best way to start your day is a cup of good coffee, so here’s one of the best spots here: Young Blood. Now you have to choose: you can either go shopping in the downtown or go kayaking down the Red River! If you started your day with this kind of a workout, you deserve to hop off on the Minnesota side of the river and grab a mid-afternoon treat at the Original Moorhead Dairy Queen! This historical landmark has been a local favorite since it opened in the late 1940s. Try one of the hand-dipped Dilly Bars (invented at this very shop!) and take your photo by the 16-foot-tall Dilly Bar statue. Having dinner at Prairie Kitchen will be the perfect way to enjoy your last evening in Fargo.
Please let me know if you decide to follow our steps! I’m so excited to hear what you think about this place! Personally I loved it so much!

12-Year-Old Dreams in Fargo: Exploring the Authentic City
Recalling the days when Black Eyed Peas and Pussycat Dolls ruled the playlists, I wonder: If I had to choose, which concert would I attend? Fargo, the most authentic and photogenic city in the US, provides the backdrop for a nostalgic visit to a random record store.

Fulfilling a Dream: Fargo Unveiled
We made it to Fargo! North Dakota has been my dream place for many years. After watching the movie and the series I decided that we have to visit this place for sure!
When I told anybody that we were flying to Fargo, they were so surprised! Probably it’s not the most popular touristic place, but actually it turned out that there are a lot of things to do and see here, so our 3-day trip was very productive and interesting.
Stay tuned! I am starting posting all these beautiful photos and videos we’ve captured in Fargo, I hope you’ll love them and get inspired to visit this place too.

terrible
bad experience, this place is a complete joke and if I could give it a no stars I defiently would. I've never been to a hotel that with such bad customer service or upkeep on there facility. Trash all over the hallways, hair in the pool, fire alarms going off all hours of the night for no reason or I guess I should say I was never given an explanation why. I was just hoping for a relaxing night with my kids and to do a little swimming before we head out the next day and was I ever in for a rude awakening, not to mention I'm pretty sure the kids will never want to cone on a weekend that I get them to a hotel again. if you have to spend the extra $20 for a better place all around, that's what I would recommend

Terrible experience
I paid $112.14 for a 2 bed room. well everything started off ok till we got to the pool where they took down the basketball hoop. Well the pictures show a basketball hoop on there website. No basketball hoop for the kids. So we dealt with it. So later that night we go to bet around 1130-12, only to be woken up at 3am to a fire alarm that scared the shit out of my kids. So I go downstairs and try to talk to the lady at the desk and she totally ignores me, as I'm asking if everything is OK and are we in danger. Nothing, she wouldn't even look at me. I was pissed and so was the other guest. The alarm went on for 15 minutes before it finally stopped. We finally got back to sleep and 1 hr later the fire alarms are going off again. I went downstairs again and asked for a refund and the lady tells me to wait till morning. I waited till morning and they told me there was nothing they could do. I stayed and kept arguing and they gave me 26 dollars back and told me that's all they could do and were sorry. I will never stay there again and I advise nobody else dose either. Terrible Experience
