We also took a boat tour of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, departed from Faro's marina. We watched the sunset 🌅 from Faro's waterfront promenade, overlooking the Ria Formosa. The view was beautiful and definitely worth to visit. We also headed to Praia de Faro, the main beach in Faro, and spent the morning soaking up the sun and swimming in the clear waters. We explored the rugged coastline of the Algarve region by taking a guided tour along the scenic EN125 coastal road. We also stopped at viewpoints like Ponta da Piedade near Lagos for breathtaking vistas 😍😍😍 We also explored picturesque villages like São Brás de Alportel and discovered hidden gems nestled among the rolling countryside. We visited the Algarve's highest point, Foia, near the town of Monchique, for panoramic views of the region. Fortunately, it was a clear day, and we were able to see all the way to the coastline. We then returned to Faro and unwind with a leisurely stroll through the Jardim Manuel Bivar, a lovely park in the city center overlooking the marina.
