The staff is very friendly, and the hotel has a modern feel.

I ended up at the Novotel somewhat unwillingly due to a flight disruption, but I was "compensated" with a very high hotel standard. It's well-connected to public transport, with a commuter train to central Munich and the airport just a 5-minute walk away, plus a bus stop right outside for the airport. The taxi fare to the airport is reasonable, given the short commute.

In the morning I asked for breakfast in room because I felt a bit sick and they sent me foods and drinks including fruits without room service charge (normally hotels will do). They even sent someone to check my condition whether I needed something else. They informed too where I can get medicine. Ooh that is such lovely high standard customer service. 🥲 I tried their sauna too to warm my body. They have two sauna rooms for female and rooms for unisex. They also have an indoor swim pool.
