Overall yes. Some beaches don’t allow dogs but there are many dog beaches available. Grimaud Port is located 7 kilometers west of Saint-Tropez and 7 kilometers southeast of Sainte-Maxime. Grimaud Port was built in 1966 on the marshes of the Giscle River on the north shore of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Building a town between the water network of the marshes and improving the ecology was a very advanced practice at that time, and it turned out to be very successful. Here, not only human habitation is realized, but also the development of the tourism industry. The Provencal-style houses are distributed among the water network. These houses have different designs, painted in soft ocher, pink and turquoise, and have wrought iron balconies with shutters and Roman red terracotta roofs. It is known as the "Venice of Provence". You can rent a small boat and shuttle between the waterways of the town, or stroll along the inland streets to experience the unique charm of this world. There are markets on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays by the seaside, where you can get a taste of the local life. In short, this is a town that you will love and be amazed by!
