La Vague d’Or: A three-star Michelin flavor composition Chef Arnaud Donckele earned 3 Michelin stars for this restaurant in 2013 and has maintained them ever since. The restaurant is like a garden, with a terrace facing the bay. I chose the lunch set menu. After 9 courses, I didn't feel stuffed, just that the pace was perfect. Grimaud Port is located 7 kilometers west of Saint-Tropez and 7 kilometers southeast of Sainte-Maxime. Grimaud Port was built in 1966 on the marshes of the Giscle River on the north shore of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Building a town between the water network of the marshes and improving the ecology was a very advanced practice at that time, and it turned out to be very successful.
