Fantastic experience at Hefei Pearl Swiss Hotel★ Comfortable rooms and thoughtful details The first impression when checking into Hefei Pearl Swiss Hotel was how comfortable the room was. I stayed in an executive room, which was cleverly laid out like a small suite with very efficient use of space. The mattress is from the Serta Black Diamond series, super soft to sleep on; as soon as I lay down, I sank in and felt all my fatigue absorbed. The little details in the room also pleasantly surprised me, like the double washbasins, so there’s no rush in the morning; and the proactively provided bathtub cover, which is rare in other hotels, showing the hotel’s attentiveness. However, the air conditioning temperature control in the room wasn’t very responsive; even when set high, the room still felt a bit cold, probably a minor equipment issue. Abundant breakfast and delicious recommendations The hotel’s breakfast is served in the all-day dining restaurant on the first floor, with an incredibly rich variety. There’s Hefei local specialty beef noodles, where the noodles are even better than the beef, with a rich broth that’s satisfying with every bite. There are also Western dishes like Swiss chocolate, offering a sweet and savory mix with many choices. I especially loved the roujiamo (meat sandwich), with a crispy crust and juicy filling, very flavorful. The restaurant environment is quite quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy your breakfast time. Beautiful hotel environment and outdoor activities The hotel’s public areas are especially beautiful, featuring a huge open-air lawn with lush grass, perfect for taking photos and checking in. I also took a stroll on the lawn, which made me feel completely relaxed. Right next to the hotel is the Sino-European Food Street, within walking distance, where you can also get drinks from Kawangka, very convenient. Amazing pool experience The hotel’s pool is fantastic. When I went, it wasn’t crowded, and going early around six in the morning meant I had the pool all to myself. The water quality is very clean, making swimming very comfortable. However, the poolside facilities are a bit simple, lacking many leisure areas; it would be even better if there were more lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. Service experience and a small hiccup Overall, the hotel’s service was pretty good, and the front desk staff were very friendly. When I arrived, the beautiful manager at the front desk was especially kind and patient, even helping me upgrade my room. However, once when I checked in, the room wasn’t ready yet, so I had to wait quite a while and got a bit anxious. But later the hotel actively coordinated and arranged a room for me, which was quite good. Great value for money, highly recommended This hotel offers excellent value for money. During the National Day holiday, the price was only around 400 RMB, allowing you to enjoy such great service and facilities—truly a bargain. Entering the room, you are amazed by the very high ceiling and the reception room design reminiscent of an international summit, spacious and grand. However, personally, I don’t quite like this style; the facilities seem a bit outdated, and the space is too vast, so you need to keep a close eye on the baby while playing to avoid bumps. The hotel’s swimming pool is a highlight, with clear and clean water. The early summer water temperature is just right for swimming, and the baby plays happily inside. There are fewer guests, making swimming especially comfortable and free. The outdoor hot springs are a specialty of the hotel and require advance reservation. There are six pools, all nitrogen springs but with different temperatures. It is said that this spring water has unique health benefits. The hot spring area is rarely crowded, almost like having the place to yourself. Relaxing in the hot springs with your baby, feeling the gentle warmth of the water, is both pleasant and comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinner are not very extensive in variety, but the dishes are exquisitely prepared and delicious. The baby especially loves the small desserts at dinner, each one sweet and tasty with no disappointments. Additionally, I recommend Li Jia Niu Zhuang next to the hotel; the dishes are authentic, portions generous, prices affordable, making it very suitable for family dining. A reminder to all moms: avoid the mountain trail hiking project within the estate! There are many mosquitoes and spider webs along the way, and the baby can easily get bitten. The scenery is quite ordinary and not very worth seeing, only adding to fatigue. Overall: If you want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation with your baby, this is a good choice, suitable for a short stay and relaxation. But the overall vacation experience is average. Although the estate is large, it lacks refined and thoughtful personalized service. For example, the hotel’s family-friendly programs are not proactively explained or guided by the staff, whose attitude is rather indifferent and not very friendly to families with children.
