Arriving shortly after the 10:00 AM weekend opening, I found a line of about 15 people already formed. Despite the scorching heat, I waited approximately 30 minutes under the shade to avoid direct sunlight before entering. The menu is refreshingly simple, offering only Chuka Soba, with a choice between regular or large portions. The moment the bowl arrived, the first thing that caught my eye was the stunningly beautiful noodle presentation. The clear chicken broth soy sauce soup is light yet deeply flavorful, making it impossible to stop sipping. The chicken chashu topping is tender and moist, with its umami intensifying with every bite—an absolute delight. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing some chashu to take home. Classic yet unparalleled, the ideal "Kasaoka Ramen" I discovered in Ibara. Bisei Town, one of Japan's top three stargazing spots, was designated a "Starry Sky Protection Area®" in November 2021, known as the "World Heritage Site of the Starry Sky."
