The hotel is lovely and exceptionally clean. The staff are absolutely fabulous and incredibly friendly. However, the only downside is the sun loungers, which seem a bit worn out. Over time, they've stretched to their weight limits, making them quite uncomfortable. I've stayed here for the past three years.

Beautiful hotel with an impeccable location featuring a small sea cove and two pools. The rooms are fantastic, and the service is outstanding—staff are genuinely attentive and strive to provide the best experience. The food, while good, is not exceptional and comes with a hefty price tag—€260 for two sea bass dishes, two starters, one dessert, €40 wine, and a 10% tip. Poolside snacks are similarly expensive, and minibar items cost €12 for chocolate and €8 for water. We suggested they incorporate these extras into a slightly higher room rate so guests feel more pampered. Still, small touches like a chocolate on the pillow at turn-down and the genuinely friendly staff make a big difference. Breakfasts were excellent. The complimentary Audi EV for a day was a nice promotional touch, though the experience could improve with a cleaner, undamaged car, a full charge, and a proper handover. Running low on power by afternoon caused us to miss a couple of planned stops. The bus stop right outside offers an easy €2 ride into Palma, running frequently and conveniently late. We’d happily return for the lovely rooms, idyllic location, and wonderful staff. After five nights, we truly felt rejuvenated. Using Jet2 Indulgent Escapes made everything seamless, with all details, including transfers, handled perfectly.

A friend and I spent ten days at the BonSol, and what an experience it was. We were well taken care of in every way. The food was absolutely delicious, the gardens were stunning, and the staff were delightful. I will definitely be coming back next year and for many years to come!

Once again, we had an absolutely excellent 5-night stay here on a half-board basis. The evening buffet is fantastic! My husband is gluten-free, and there were plenty of options for him. Big thanks to all the staff, especially Linda at Reception and Mery in the restaurant. Every staff member is so polite and friendly. We usually stay in a one-bedroom suite, but this time we chose a terrace room, which was lovely with sun loungers and sunlight most of the day. There's a bus right outside the front door that goes straight into Palma every 10-15 minutes. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely, warm, and friendly hotel. The food was great, with lots of freshly cooked options to choose from. The staff were very helpful—special thanks to Linda and Josh at reception, Ross at the bar, and the cleaners who did a fabulous job keeping the rooms spotless.

The location is excellent, situated right next to the stunning, colorful sea. It's also conveniently close to some great restaurants and small markets. The atmosphere is peaceful and charming, making it ideal for couples, yet also enjoyable for children. Our room was spotless and featured a lovely balcony. The value was reasonable, and the staff provided outstanding service, coupled with genuine friendliness.

The hotel is situated in a great spot, and the staff are lovely and attentive. While the property feels a bit dated, it adds to its charm. We were well taken care of; changing rooms was hassle-free—our first room, 8A, felt too dark, but 6D was perfect, featuring an incredible balcony with stunning views of Palma Bay and breathtaking sunrises. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday—thank you, Roc team!

The hotel is stunning and very clean, with a professional, kind, and helpful staff. The one small downside is the numerous stairs and the access to the sea via ladders from the rocks—it’s gorgeous but was somewhat challenging with a stroller and a small child. Thankfully, beautiful beaches are just a 5-minute walk away. The quality-price ratio aligns with other accommodations on the island, though the island itself is quite pricey. The food was good, but we struggled a bit with meals for our child, as the staff, albeit attentive and charming, rarely deviated from the menu. This difficulty with children's options also seemed to be common in other restaurants outside the hotel. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place, but I’d suggest bringing a baby carrier rather than a stroller!

Super urban beach hotel just 7 km from Palma city center. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, a coffee machine, and we were provided with bathrobes and slippers. Traveled with Spies and upgraded to a sea view, which we thoroughly enjoyed in room 201. The breakfast is amazing, impossible not to feel full regardless of your diet. Had dinner a couple of times at Breeze, which was delightful. The pool area isn’t huge but managed to accommodate everyone who wanted to lounge. Bus stops to and from Palma are conveniently located right outside the hotel, and you can even pay with your credit card—very convenient.

Seaside hotel offering a beautiful view of the ocean from the dining room. However, note that there’s no outdoor dining area. Meals are decent but not exceptional. Rooms and bedding are very good, and the hotel staff for the restaurant and rooms is excellent, though the reception could be improved—it offers no explanation upon arrival. We faced an issue with the refrigerator that wasn't resolved throughout our stay, despite reporting it. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street for a 25-minute trip to Palma, and there’s a car rental service (Falco) nearby, which is excellent and has French-speaking staff. There's no direct beach access, only a rocky sea entry, with a beach 10 minutes away on foot, which tends to be crowded. The rocky coastline limits evening seaside walks, making it feel somewhat restricted without a car. Parking problems are notable in this area, with an extra fee of €18 per night added to car rentals.

Exceptionally fine hotel in a stunning oceanfront location. We enjoyed early arrival check-in and a room upgrade. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Every room offers water views and a balcony. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Pool lounge chairs quickly fill up, so grab one as soon as the pool opens at 10. For a special experience, rent a sun bed near the ocean-facing rise; the pines provide shade and a refreshing breeze, well worth the 160 euro. Our four days were absolutely delightful!

We have been frequenting Roc Illetas for the last five years, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We adore the hotel, its incredible staff, and believe the location is among the finest in the region. With direct sea access, the nearby Illetas Beach within walking distance, and Palma just a short bus ride away, the setting is perfect. The staff are amazing, with Mery and David making our experience extra special. A warm shoutout to the hardworking housekeeping team, always welcoming guests with cheerful smiles. We absolutely plan to return next year!

We had a lovely 3-night stay here. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were excellent. The service from the bar and restaurant was impeccable. The pool area offered beautiful sea views. On the downside, we didn’t receive our welcome drink, though it was only a small issue. However, the pool maintenance could use improvement as there was noticeable algae on the tiles and some floating debris, which detracted from the experience slightly.

The Barcelo Hotel in Illetas offers an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Located about 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the knowledgeable and helpful reception staff upon arrival. Our room, featuring a seafront view and balcony, was truly delightful. Each morning, we woke to clear skies and the sight of cruise ships, yachts, and boats in Palma Bay—simply amazing! Breakfast was a treat with a wide variety of options available and meticulous attention to detail from the chefs and cooks. The pool area and beach cove were both relaxing and well-maintained, and the bar staff made lounging by the pool even better with their prompt drink and food service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the professionalism of the staff stood out. Conveniently, there’s a local bus service to Palma with a stop right outside the hotel, running every 15 minutes or so. The surrounding area is stunning, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. If you’re looking for a sophisticated, tranquil destination to relax, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Having just spent five incredibly relaxing days there, I’m already planning to rebook for another stay next year!

Very impressed with Barcelo Illetas hotel, truly hard to fault. We were allocated a lovely room on the 5th floor with stunning sea views. Email communication with Xisco was excellent, and since we celebrated two special occasions, we were welcomed with cava and cake both on arrival and on the actual birthday. Check-in was seamless, thanks to David at reception, and checkout was equally smooth, accompanied by a thoughtful gift of local pastry. All the staff were delightful, except for one grumpy waitress at the breakfast buffet. On the last night of our 7-night stay, we were treated to complimentary wine, which was another lovely touch. The half-board buffet was impressive—breakfast included fresh fruit, orange juice, cava, and an omelette station. The dinner buffet was equally good, offering fresh fish cooked to order, paellas, and themed evenings. One evening, after my watch accidentally fell over the balcony onto an awning three floors below, I called reception and had the watch returned to my room within 15 minutes. Very impressive service! The pool area was pleasant, with plenty of sun loungers and an easy pool towel exchange. The room itself was very comfortable. Initially, I had some concerns about the open bathroom setup, but it turned out to be fine. The shower was excellent, and the big fluffy towels were lovely. The location was convenient, with a bus to Palma directly outside the hotel, but keep in mind that Illetas is quite hilly, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. While there was direct sea access from the hotel, it may be tricky unless you're a confident swimmer. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and the staff were a truly valuable asset. We would definitely return!

We recently stayed at Bonanza Palace Hotel in Palma, and it was an absolutely enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The food was consistently delicious, offering plenty of variety and excellent quality throughout our stay. The service was another highlight — staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and stress-free holiday. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the shared spaces, everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. Our only minor suggestion would be for the hotel to consider offering water at dinner, which would further enhance the dining experience. Travel Tip: Be sure to use the Number 4 bus — it’s a convenient and reliable option for exploring Palma, especially for quick trips into the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Perfect for anyone seeking great food, excellent service, and a peaceful getaway in Palma!

The hotel is situated in a peaceful, green setting and features a lovely pool and garden area. All rooms offer partial sea views. The spacious room with a queen-size bed was very comfortable, thanks to a good mattress. Breakfast was excellent, and dining outside on the terrace was a delight. Dinner at the sister hotel across the street was of high quality with a great selection. The view there was stunning, although indoor dining was the only option. The ambiance was elegant, with white tablecloths and silverware. A noteworthy policy: Men wearing inappropriate attire, such as shorts, are turned away—finally, a hotel enforcing rules properly! What we didn't like was the inconvenience of reaching the nearest beach, which required quite a walk. Additionally, the surrounding area lacks affordable supermarkets, with only mini-markets nearby—the nearest Eroski being about a 15-20 minute walk. Moreover, parts of the hotel urgently need renovation, particularly the carpet in the hallway and staircase, which is unacceptable. Despite these downsides, the hotel, its rooms, dining options, and garden areas are truly wonderful!

I visited Hotel Bon Sol with my mother and sister. The hotel resembles a castle and has great character, which is really nice. Our room was large and spacious, and they provide free water available around the hotel. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, but it starts too late and only runs for a short two-hour window, from 8 to 10 AM. There’s a small gym with all the essentials, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel is massive, so getting from one place to another takes time, and if there’s no electricity, you might deal with plenty of stairs. Herby and Jose were the greatest waiters—funny, outgoing, and always smiling. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff could use some improvement, as only a few greeted us with smiles, and some were unnecessarily rude. To be fair, they seem to work long hours and many consecutive days. Yoga sessions are available but scheduled at 9 PM, leaving no room to enjoy a relaxing breakfast beforehand. Breakfast really should start earlier, say at 7 AM. The pool could use some cleaning on the surface, as it had a greenish tint in one part, though overall, it was clean. Dinner was excellent and of high quality for a half-board option, but the portion sizes were too small. Additionally, the restaurants don’t serve coffee, so you have to walk to the bar, which isn’t very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. With a few small improvements, this place could be truly impeccable!

I would never consider staying anywhere else in Mallorca. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside for Palma and a short walk to catch a bus for Portals Nous. The rooms have consistently been spotless and perfect, as we’ve tried out various room types. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff are truly outstanding.

The amenities and overall experience are absolutely fantastic, and I’d never hesitate to return. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—they make the experience 100 times more special. The location is also perfect, offering a beach vibe with a convenient bus stop right outside leading straight to Palma city.

Our room was on the 9th floor, offering fantastic sea views. The bathroom was spotless with a separate shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The pool area was spacious, with a dedicated adults-only section. During our stay, there were no issues with sunbed availability.

We spent an unforgettable summer week at Playa Marina. The hotel's location is exceptional, and the sea-view rooms are a dream. We enjoyed watching Mallorca's sunrises from our room's balcony! Interestingly, you can also see the Miravent Palace from the room! The rooms are very spacious, and hygiene is always impeccable. The pool area and direct sea access from the hotel are pure luxury! We also rented a paddleboard at the hotel for a fun and different morning experience. Additionally, the gym has spectacular views, and the hotel's breakfast features typical Mallorca products and freshly prepared eggs cooked your way. You must try the eggs benedict—they’re my favorite. The hotel also offers dinner by the pool, which transforms into a magical seaside retreat at sunset. Highly recommend the octopus, served on a unique potato base—truly special. Finally, a big thank you to the entire hotel staff, whose warmth made this week an extraordinary experience. We'll definitely be back!

We had an incredible week in Illetes at the Europe Playa Marina, enjoying complete relaxation and making the most of both Mallorca and the hotel. From the moment we arrived, every staff member treated us wonderfully. From housekeeping to the chefs, everyone was charming, attentive, and exceptionally kind. You can truly feel the care and dedication behind every detail. The direct access to the sea is definitely one of the hotel's greatest luxuries. And the views from our room… absolutely stunning! Watching the sunrise each morning from there was such a beautiful experience. The breakfast deserves special mention: it was spectacular with an impressive variety of options. I particularly loved the section dedicated to local Mallorcan products, along with choices catering to every preference. And, of course, the Eggs Benedict became my absolute favorite. We also deeply appreciated the hotel’s tranquility. It’s incredibly peaceful, with almost no noise, making it the perfect spot to rest and truly disconnect. It was a week worthy of a perfect 10, in a fabulous setting with an exceptional team. We’re leaving recharged and eager to return. Thank you for everything!

Built on multiple levels, it is surrounded by a meticulously maintained tropical garden with terraces, leading down to a small, well-sheltered beach in a cove. From the moment of arrival, you feel warmly welcomed and pampered—even during the email booking process, the staff showed exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. Spacious rooms with a classic style. The dining options were excellent; for breakfast and lunch, we always chose the seaside open-air restaurant, offering a vast selection and high quality. For dinner, we opted for the more formal and charming atmosphere of the main restaurant in the historic part of the hotel. A delightful experience—thank you to the Xamana family!
