There is a roast goose street in Gujing Town. It is not called Sham Jing but Gujing. There are many shops here. We randomly found a Jinpingxiang roast goose shop. Since there are two of us, we ordered a set of roast goose + goose liver and goose intestines. Remember to ask the shop for sour plum sauce and white rice. It is a perfect match! The hot roast goose has a glassy and crispy skin, with almost no fat under the skin, and it is greasy and satisfying in every bite. It is more than 20 kilometers away from Jiangmen city.
