The day after the Nagaoka fireworks festival, I had about an hour to spare before returning my rental car, so I decided to stop by! At first, I thought it would be a small aquarium, but there was a lot more to see than I expected! It was amazing to be able to watch the dolphin feeding and training right in front of me! 🐬✨ I was also surprised by the number of penguins, more than I expected! They were so cute, waddling around together. There were also jellyfish of all sizes, and I was mesmerized for a while by their soft, floating movements in the tank. Every creature was so soothing, and time flew by. Since it was right around the time of the Paris Olympics, there were exhibits of fish in the colors of the French flag and goldfish inspired by the Japanese flag, which made me smile. 😊 What started as a quick detour turned out to be a memorable and wonderful experience.
