Matera is a city in Basilicata, the region next to Puglia. The cave buildings here are all excavated on the cliffs, and the church's report building is still preserved, the whole city is like a maze, walking on the old stone road is a special experience. The one youth hostel, Hostel Sassi of Matera, was converted from a cave and mainly offers accommodation for multiple people in one room. As soon as I entered I felt so cool! Especially in an underground kitchen.
