The river valley is lush with greenery, and the streams run crystal clear. With very few tourists around, the area retains its pristine, rustic charm. We decided to skip the standard tourist routes and venture out on our own to explore the mountain trails and riverside paths within the village. Some of the waterfront tracks were rugged and slippery, and initially, many team members were quite apprehensive. However, teammates quickly stepped up to encourage and cheer each other on—some led the way, while others waited behind, holding onto one another as we moved forward. When faced with unfamiliar crossroads, we stopped clinging to old ways of thinking; everyone eagerly pitched in with different ideas, learned from each other, and adapted flexibly. With the gentle river breeze on our faces and surrounded by ancient charm, we let go of our mental constraints during this venture into the unknown, ultimately discovering many unexpected and breathtaking views. This journey taught us that, whether traveling or working, fearing difficulties will only hold us back. Only by daring to try and working together can we overcome any obstacle.
