Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was honestly one of the most memorable stays during my trip to Labuan Bajo. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere was incredible. Since we stayed around Valentine’s season, the hotel surprised us with a beautiful chocolate cake waiting in our room — such a thoughtful and romantic touch. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t perfect during our stay, but even with cloudy skies, the ocean view was still stunning. I can only imagine how breathtaking it must be on a sunny day — definitely a place for amazing photos and sunset shots 🌅 One thing I really loved was how different the hotel feels during the day and at night. In the daytime, you get the relaxing tropical resort vibe with endless sea views, and at night, the entire atmosphere becomes calm, romantic, and magical. Grab cars were always nearby, and it only took around 10 minutes to reach the more lively area with restaurants, cafés, and local shops.
