Right now, it's hosting a stunning Kanto Chrysanthemum Exhibition. We highly recommend arriving a bit early in the morning so you have plenty of time to explore the entire gorge and admire the flowers. The golden hour light here is so stunning, you'll wish you could freeze time! It’s been a nice fly with you from Philippines to Tokyo

I heard that there are sunflowers planted in Midori City, Gunma Prefecture, that bloom just in time for autumn, so I went there! As of the end of September, about 80% of the flowers were in bloom. It was a weekday, so there weren't many people there, but it seems like it will be crowded on weekends. There is parking space, but it is limited in number. There is a mountain to the west of the sunflower field, so the entire field starts to be cast in shadow after noon. To take beautiful photos, I recommend visiting in the morning on a sunny day. There is also scaffolding set up, as shown in the third photo, so you can take photos from a high position. #sunflowerfield

It takes more than two hours to get there from Tokyo. The access is quite bad and photography is prohibited inside the stadium, so I was reluctant to go, but the round girls said it was okay to take photos, so I went.
