Walk from north to south. Focus on exploring the small alleys, not just the main Nanhou Street.

Yantai Mountain (Half day, Lequn Route recommended)
There are two walking routes; we recommend Route 2, the Lequn Route.

💡Tip: Come in the evening to capture the sunset over the river; the retro Western-style buildings are very photogenic.
Shangxiahang (Half day)
A riverside old trading port where you can experience the local life of old Fuzhou.

💡Practical Tips
1. Downtown attractions are easily accessible by subway and bus; for the 8 counties and islands, we strongly recommend renting a car or hiring a private car, as public transport takes a long time.
2. It is windy by the sea in Pingtan and Lianjiang; pay attention to the tides when playing at the beach.
3. Temperatures are low in Guling in winter; visiting in winter is not recommended.
4. See plum blossoms and tulips in January–February; hydrangeas bloom in Guling in June; summer is suitable for rafting; soak in hot springs in autumn and winter.
5. The Three Mountains and Two Towers and most city parks are free to enter.
