Our experience was absolutely fantastic—we saw all the animals we hoped for and more, including leopards, rhinos, jaguars, many giraffes, elephants, and hippos. The accommodations were excellent, especially Suricata Boma Lodge and Warriors Luxury Rented Lodge. Everything was perfectly organized, and the operator who arranged it all was exceptionally kind and friendly. Big thanks to Glory! Our driver was also incredibly accommodating and ensured we saw all the animals in the best possible way (even the tricky ones). He drove safely, even on the rough Serengeti roads. We opted for the 5-day/4-night package covering Ngarere NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater NP, and Lake Manyara. It was a fantastic experience where we got to see the Big Five and many other animals. The tour guide was great, and the hotels were good, except for Ngare Lodge. The airport transfers were smooth, and the tour reception was very welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended tour group.

The three of us (my husband, our 16-year-old son, and I) went on an 8-day safari. Chris, our guide and driver, was excellent—very friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable. The trip was well-organized, and we always stayed on schedule, which suited us Swiss perfectly :-). I had the best experience with Navio Safari. I booked a tour to climb Oldonyo Lengai, a volcano near Arusha city. Everything was well-organized - my guide Johnson picked me up at the agreed location, we drove to the volcano, climbed it, and returned. It was truly the most breathtaking and wild encounter with nature I’ve ever had; absolutely stunning! The organizers, Eric and Johnson from Navio, were some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met. They are polite, friendly, and highly professional. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're in Arusha and looking for a safari adventure!

Diana Tanzania Safaris offers a six-day safari tour that’s truly spectacular. Watching the sunrise and wildebeest roam across the expansive Serengeti savannah is an indescribable experience. Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro are equally breathtaking. The driver was highly experienced and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable. A standout memory for our family was visiting the Maasai Cultural Village. Both the food and service were outstanding, making the experience well worth the money.

Wildcats Safari provided an incredible experience. I had the chance to visit Lake Natron, a fascinating spot before heading to the Serengeti. Along the way, we passed four stunning mountain peaks, with Ol Doinyo Lengai being the highlight. Wildlife sightings were abundant, including giraffes, gazelles, ostriches, zebras, and wildebeest, easily visible throughout the journey. Amos, the owner and organizer, showcased his expertise and experience, which were apparent throughout the safari. The vehicle Wildcats chose was excellent, especially given the less-than-ideal road conditions. I wholeheartedly recommend Wildcats to anyone seeking a reasonably priced, comfortable, and friendly safari experience in Tanzania.

I spent two days in Ol Donyo Lengai with Isaya (+255 684 462 858), covering Lake Natron and the Lengai volcano hike. Isaya was truly one of the best guides I've ever had. The number of times he prevented me from falling was remarkable—he's incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and attentive. He knew exactly how to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. I highly recommend exploring the area with him. Plus, his wife is an amazing cook!

We had an incredible 3-day adventure to kick off our honeymoon, thanks to Makini. The team greeted us at our hotel in Arusha, spoiled us with gifts, and shared details about the itinerary for the next few days. The booking process was hassle-free; I connected with Makini via WhatsApp/Email, and they customized the package exactly as we wanted. We spent two days in the Serengeti. After landing at Seronera Airstrip at 10:45, we met our guide Adrian, who handled the permit while we waited for our bags. Once we set off on safari, it wasn’t long before we encountered two of the Big Five 🦁🐆. I had expected to see wildlife but was amazed at how close we got, as our photos show. Adrian was brilliant throughout the three days—friendly and eager to deliver the best possible safari experience. On the second day, he suggested visiting a Masai village, which turned out to be a fantastic cultural experience. We joined the Masai in their local dance and even played football ⚽️. On the final day, we explored the Ngorongoro Crater during a game drive, spotting another three of the Big Five 🐘🦬🦏. We stayed at the Land of Nature Camp and Farm of Dreams Lodge, both of which were spectacular. The service at both locations was excellent, and the meals—dinner and breakfast—were of great quality. Lunch during the safari was delicious, with servings of vegetables, spaghetti/rice, meat, and salad. It’s hard to encapsulate the experience into words, but these three days truly felt like an adventure of a lifetime. On the sales side, it would have been helpful to know that a "hot lunch," depending on hotel category, could mean just a sandwich instead of a full meal. We have just returned from an 8-day Wonders of Kenya & Tanzania bucket-list trip organized by Victor at Spirit of Kenya & The Soul of Tanzania, and it was absolutely incredible! We were picked up from our Nairobi hotel by Ben, who whisked us away to Maasai Mara for 2 days filled with picnic lunches beneath the trees, a guided riverside walk observing massive crocodiles and countless hippos, along with thrilling game drives where we spotted ostriches, giraffes, elephants, buffalo, zebras, and plenty of big cats. We thought Ben had given us an unforgettable experience that couldn’t possibly be matched, but then we crossed the border into Tanzania and met Kennedy. From the moment we met Kennedy, he was engaging, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable—sharing insights about life in Tanzania, the history and geography of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and fascinating details about the many stunning animals we encountered during our journey. Kennedy was exceptional at finding unique wildlife sightings—10 playful lion cubs frolicking together, a mother leopard relocating her tiny cub to a safer spot, a frantic zebra mother rescuing her baby from a prowling lioness, a hyena successfully hunting a baby gazelle, and so much more. And let’s not forget to mention Kennedy’s exceptional driving skills; he confidently and safely navigated us through some very challenging roads. This wasn’t our first safari adventure, but Kenya and Tanzania turned out to be the most extraordinary and truly unforgettable experience. Kennedy played a huge role in making it so. We recently enjoyed an incredible 9-night safari through Kenya and Tanzania. Sandy, our trip planner, provided excellent lodge suggestions, addressed all our questions, and communicated everything clearly! Every lodge we stayed at offered a unique and unforgettable experience. We spotted the Big 5 in both Kenya and Tanzania, along with countless other animals! In Kenya, our guide Bonface was kind, incredibly passionate about wildlife, and had remarkable eyesight—he could spot animals in the distance that we couldn’t even see with binoculars! This being our third safari, he understood we preferred a slower, more personal approach over rushing from one crowded sight to another. He also had a knack for finding the perfect spots for picnic lunches! In Tanzania, our guide Kennedy was outstanding and found so many animals! He had deep knowledge of animal behaviors and habitats, leading us to amazing and often exclusive sightings (frequently with no other cars in sight). His advice to start early before the parks got busy always paid off—just in the Serengeti, we encountered over 80 lions! The sheer number of incredible moments we had with him was astonishing. Our only suggestions would be for them to update travel time estimates between parks—it took much longer than what was listed in the itinerary. Additionally, while the food was tasty, the packed lunches could use better insulation. Meals with meat, rice, and noodles were left out for hours, and a few days into the trip, I began experiencing stomach issues that required antibiotics. Overall, though, it was an extraordinary trip. Soul of Tanzania crafted an excellent itinerary and provided top-notch guides!

This experience was absolutely amazing—straight out of a movie. We spotted the Big Five within just two or three days. Eduard, who has nearly 20 years of experience and studied wildlife in college, not only excels at finding animals but also educates guests throughout the journey. He even detected potential vehicle issues early, so we never experienced a breakdown. While heading to the Serengeti, we passed over ten broken-down vehicles due to the rough roads, but Eduard had replaced the U-bolts at the park entrance, ensuring we had no issues. Eduard also seems to know everyone, regularly chatting with other drivers to share updates on animal sightings. Thanks to this, we often arrived early and enjoyed rare animal views before other tourists crowded in. I never expected to learn so much about wildlife on this trip. The company’s service was exceptional as well. Drivers were always prompt, friendly, and attentive, making sure we were fully checked into each hotel before departing. Everything ran smoothly—truly outstanding service from start to finish!
