There are also many interesting traditional prayer sites along the way. We hiked twice in four days, and each time we made different discoveries. From the highest point, you can overlook the entire city of Osh. This year's warm winter caused the flowers to bloom a little earlier. However, it should be even more beautiful by the end of March 🌸

The walk up is fairly easy; it is paved all the way and takes minimal exertion. There is also a handrail. A couple of places where the rock is very smooth due to the passing of many feet, but very manageable for most, though it does involve steps. It’s about 15/20 mins leisurely walk up. The views are amazing, and a few things to see on the way, so it makes for a great outing. Well worth an early morning hike if you fancy catching the sunrise. Any visitor to Osh should go up if they’re able to. You've come to Osh, so you have to climb the mountain and see Babur's cave. There's a tiny, pretty mosque on the top, popular with pilgrims.
