Today's Weather
Partly clear 24-29℃
Saud Beach
This is my first time seeing a white sand beach. The beach is incredibly beautiful, and the water is so clear.
For tourists who are planning to visit, let's avoid leaving trash around the beach area so that we can maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our beloved saud beach.
This is just perfect for me. I hate crowded places. This beach is a boon for me as I didn't see more than 10 people in the whole beach. Lot of places to explore. Light house, long White sand Beach, huge wind mills, lagoon, viaduct, water falls, rock formation etc... all beautiful places and not many people. It is public beach. Can you believe it...!!!!
Patapat Viaduct, Pagudpud Ilocos Norte
Patapat Viaduct also known as Patapat Bridge is a viaduct at the municipality of Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, a coastal resort town on the northernmost tip of Luzon, island in the Philippines. It is the 4th longest bridge in the Philippines.
As I explore this amazing province in the northermost part of Luzon.. The view is very breathtaking..a picture perfect scenery 😍

Beach adventure in Pagudpud
Pagudpud, a famous holiday destination in North Luzon and a seaside town in the Ilocos province, is known for its windmills and lighthouses. However, because of Saud Beach, it is a popular tourist destination. This lovely beach features 2 kilometers of pristine white sand and is known for its tranquil sea and stunning sunset views.
Take photos while you wade through the waters, with Pagudpud as the backdrop. During your stay to Pagudpud, make sure to stop by this lovely beach. The best months to visit are January through early May and November through December.

Saud White Beach
Can't afford travel to white beach in famous Boracay? No worries😊, travel heading to Northern part of the Philippines, and find the Saud beach, Pagudpud Ilocos Norte, a boracay be like, a beach with amazing bluish sea water, with crystal white sand, and many coconut trees along the shore, not too crowded too. There are also nipa hut serves as a shelter for day tour only. People nearby are friendly too, they let us borrow a barbeque stove because we bring a food to grill to enjoy the day with this stunning beach!

Patapat Viaduct
The 4th longest bridge in Philippines is the Patapat Bridge or Patapat Viaduct, located at northernmost tip of Luzon Island and it is elevated 31 meters or 102 ft. above sea level. It looks like intestine or snake design??!🤔 All travellers or tourists that pass this area cant stop and take some pictures, besides from amazing long size, the view is really refreshing, the sea winds and refreshing looks. Trivia: this was opened 1986☺️, how old am i by then?😜
Tip when you have road trip here, travel time by private vehicle from manila takes 10 hours to get here, easiest way? Take a plane Manila airport to Laoag airport, then from Laoag rent a car a whole day trip to tour you around Ilocos Norte, along the road have so many beautiful places nearby, these are includes, Bagui windmill, White Rock formation at Burgos, the Viaduct bridge, then you can also have a look a lot of beautiful beaches like Hannah beach Resort. Then enjoy the road trip!😍🤩

Pagudpod Bridge
beautiful place
Amazing Capture!
Went to Pagudpod early morning from Laoag, have to ride a van to Maoini(Mawini) and meet our tourist guide going to Saud beach, Bangui windmills, Kapurpurawan rock formations and Cape Borjeador Lighthouse. The trip was smooth and safe. Saud beach is very nice and glad not that crowded unlike the overrated Boracay, what really fascinated me were the windmills in Bangui a project of the Marcoses so that Ilocos Norte would be self sufficient energy wise.If you want to visit a part of history you can drop by Cape Borjeador Lighthouse the tallest in the Philippines. my visit here was fun and worth it.
The smooth and calming beach of pagudpud! 💕
Patapat Bridge
#2024wish Great place to get a photo. I would recommend that you stop by and feel the breeze of the Northern sea.
It is impressive that this structure has been here for a long time, considering that this area has considerably rougher seas than most part of the country.
Be careful when parking since there are no designated parking spaces so vehicles passing by are quite fast, safety first since this is a highway after all.
Highly recommended spot for a photo journal with friends and family.
Enjoy travel with friends

Amazing Pagudpud Ilocos Norte Philippines.
Patapat Bridge Ilocos
The Patapat Viaduct is an elevated road — over 30 meters above sea level. This 1.3 km long coastal bridge can be found in the municipality of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte. Connecting the Maharlika Highway in Laoag to the Cagayan Valley, this is a busy street above the coastal areas of Pagudpud. The fourth longest bridge in the country, this winding concrete beauty is said to be the northernmost roadway part of Ilocos Norte.
The Patapat Viaduct does not just give motorists a fantastic view of the beach but it also solved the problem of landslides, causing major vehicular accidents in the area.
How to get there
The Patapat Viaduct is a highway—more than 30 meters above sea level. The 1.3-kilometer long coastal road in Ilocos Norte municipality can be located in Pagudpud district. It is a busy street found at the coastal areas of Pagudpud linking Cagayan Valley Highway in Laoag to Maharlika Highway.
Best time to visit
You can visit it anytime, regardless of weather or day

Patapat Viaduct is one of the most picturesque tourist attractions in Ilocos Norte. Don't ever miss this place when you visit here. We traveled about 10hrs from Manila via private car. Yes it's a very long journey getting here but it's all worth it. The view is so fascinating. Wide vast sea and mountains. The bridge bypasses the Paseleng Bay. Patapat Bridge is the 4th longest bridge in the Philippines #touristsattraction #philippines #ilocos

PAGUDPUD ARCH: I MADE IT!
#celebratewithtrip
I cannot but raised my hands in victory after a 12 hour drive from Manila. We left at 2am so that we can reach Pagudpud before sunset because we need to travel 560 kms. It is really a long long journey but we are excited along the way. Be sure you've got a lot of food and water! We passed by Patapat Viaduct which gives us a spot of wavy Pasaleng Bay. I think if my mind is right this is the 4th longest bridge in the Philippines. In Pagudpud, we are actually on the northern tipmost part of the Philippines! #mytripvlog#tripblazers#spooktaculartrip#mountainview#longest bridge#summervacation#awesomepic

If you're searching for Southeast Asian beach bliss, super-mellow Saud Beach on the island of Luzon is a sure thing. Its white sand pitches gradually into the clear-as-glass water, like a real-world example of a zero-entry swimming pool. Swim in the peaceful waves, lunch under a thatch-roof cabana under the palms, or hire an outrigger for excursions on the water. Saud Beach is more popularly known as “Pagudpud Beach.” The picturesque 2-kilometer white sand beach is often featured in travel photos of Ilocos Norte, and is known for its pristine waters and beautiful coast lined with coconut palms.
Aside from its Instagram-worthy beauty, Saud Beach has also become a popular surfing spot in the Philippines, especially during rainy season when the large Pacific swells roll in. It's the ideal beach for tourists and surfers who want to avoid huge crowds as the destination is not as highly commercialized as other famous beach destinations in the Philippines.❤️

We enjoyed our overnight stay here since there are a lot of fun things to do, though the almost 4hr Ride is a pain. The hotel is a must visit! They offer Zipline activities, a very beautiful white sand beach, cottages and hotels. We really loved the place though we didn't had the chance tos wim cause we needed to go home early morning but we were able to stroll around abd take pictures. For me this resort is perfect for family with a lot of kids since they have figures of cartoon characters and playgrounds all over the resort. Overall will visit again some time in the future 🌸
