Patapat Viaduct
The 4th longest bridge in Philippines is the Patapat Bridge or Patapat Viaduct, located at northernmost tip of Luzon Island and it is elevated 31 meters or 102 ft. above sea level. It looks like intestine or snake design??!🤔 All travellers or tourists that pass this area cant stop and take some pictures, besides from amazing long size, the view is really refreshing, the sea winds and refreshing looks. Trivia: this was opened 1986☺️, how old am i by then?😜
Tip when you have road trip here, travel time by private vehicle from manila takes 10 hours to get here, easiest way? Take a plane Manila airport to Laoag airport, then from Laoag rent a car a whole day trip to tour you around Ilocos Norte, along the road have so many beautiful places nearby, these are includes, Bagui windmill, White Rock formation at Burgos, the Viaduct bridge, then you can also have a look a lot of beautiful beaches like Hannah beach Resort. Then enjoy the road trip!😍🤩

Patapat Viaduct is one of the most picturesque tourist attractions in Ilocos Norte. Don't ever miss this place when you visit here. We traveled about 10hrs from Manila via private car. Yes it's a very long journey getting here but it's all worth it. The view is so fascinating. Wide vast sea and mountains. The bridge bypasses the Paseleng Bay. Patapat Bridge is the 4th longest bridge in the Philippines #touristsattraction #philippines #ilocos

Saud Beach Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Saud Beach
This is my first time seeing a white sand beach. The beach is incredibly beautiful, and the water is so clear.
For tourists who are planning to visit, let's avoid leaving trash around the beach area so that we can maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our beloved saud beach.
This is just perfect for me. I hate crowded places. This beach is a boon for me as I didn't see more than 10 people in the whole beach. Lot of places to explore. Light house, long White sand Beach, huge wind mills, lagoon, viaduct, water falls, rock formation etc... all beautiful places and not many people. It is public beach. Can you believe it...!!!!
Beach adventure in Pagudpud
Pagudpud, a famous holiday destination in North Luzon and a seaside town in the Ilocos province, is known for its windmills and lighthouses. However, because of Saud Beach, it is a popular tourist destination. This lovely beach features 2 kilometers of pristine white sand and is known for its tranquil sea and stunning sunset views.
Take photos while you wade through the waters, with Pagudpud as the backdrop. During your stay to Pagudpud, make sure to stop by this lovely beach. The best months to visit are January through early May and November through December.

North😍
If you're searching for Southeast Asian beach bliss, super-mellow Saud Beach on the island of Luzon is a sure thing. Its white sand pitches gradually into the clear-as-glass water, like a real-world example of a zero-entry swimming pool. Swim in the peaceful waves, lunch under a thatch-roof cabana under the palms, or hire an outrigger for excursions on the water. Saud Beach is more popularly known as “Pagudpud Beach.” The picturesque 2-kilometer white sand beach is often featured in travel photos of Ilocos Norte, and is known for its pristine waters and beautiful coast lined with coconut palms.
Aside from its Instagram-worthy beauty, Saud Beach has also become a popular surfing spot in the Philippines, especially during rainy season when the large Pacific swells roll in. It's the ideal beach for tourists and surfers who want to avoid huge crowds as the destination is not as highly commercialized as other famous beach destinations in the Philippines.❤️
Patapat Bridge Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
a famous bridge in Ilocos Norte. It is the 4th longest bridge in the Philippines elevated 31 meters over sea level. The bridge was constructed in order to solve the problem of landslides in the area which have caused a lot of vehicular accidents in the past. Your pagudpod trip is not complete if you did not take a picture in this famous bridge.
Patapat Bridge
#2024wish Great place to get a photo. I would recommend that you stop by and feel the breeze of the Northern sea.
It is impressive that this structure has been here for a long time, considering that this area has considerably rougher seas than most part of the country.
Be careful when parking since there are no designated parking spaces so vehicles passing by are quite fast, safety first since this is a highway after all.
Highly recommended spot for a photo journal with friends and family.
Patapat Bridge Ilocos
The Patapat Viaduct is an elevated road — over 30 meters above sea level. This 1.3 km long coastal bridge can be found in the municipality of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte. Connecting the Maharlika Highway in Laoag to the Cagayan Valley, this is a busy street above the coastal areas of Pagudpud. The fourth longest bridge in the country, this winding concrete beauty is said to be the northernmost roadway part of Ilocos Norte.
The Patapat Viaduct does not just give motorists a fantastic view of the beach but it also solved the problem of landslides, causing major vehicular accidents in the area.
How to get there
The Patapat Viaduct is a highway—more than 30 meters above sea level. The 1.3-kilometer long coastal road in Ilocos Norte municipality can be located in Pagudpud district. It is a busy street found at the coastal areas of Pagudpud linking Cagayan Valley Highway in Laoag to Maharlika Highway.
