This time, I traveled in a circle in the Northeast. I tried to find a place to stay that could be found by the Mekong River. It was as the name suggests: La Rim Khong. The price was only 1,000 baht. #Natural attractions The accommodation is only 8 km from the walking street market. It is a bit far from the city but quiet. Walk out in front of the accommodation, right on the Mekong River. I went on November 28, 2024. The temperature was only 14 degrees. The accommodation, the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The drinks and services were complete. Breakfast was rice soup, coffee, orange juice, and croissants that could be requested. The staff were very nice. It is close to ##Hin Sam Waan, more than 20 km. and the way up to Tham Nakha, more than 80 km. #Cheap accommodation #Tham Nakha

Wat Sawang Arom is considered another important temple in Bueng Kan Province. With a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views next to a small stream, the temple's chapel is located on a large rock. There is a cave below the chapel where the reclining Buddha image in the Parinirvana posture is enshrined, which is highly respected by the locals. On top of the rock is a beautiful viewpoint of the Mekong River. This temple is also not far from Bueng Kan Cafe.
