✅ The cover photo features a standee of a Vietnamese girl in a red dress serving Banh Mi—a short French baguette sliced down the middle with various fillings to choose from. It's placed right at the entrance, catching customers' eyes from the get-go. ✅ The 2nd picture shows the shop's recommended souvenirs: crispy baked banana crackers, lined up and ready for you to grab and take home to your family. ✅ The 3rd picture is the counter where you can order your Vietnamese breakfast. They offer Vietnamese-style pork congee, Banh Mi, and many other dishes. ✅ The 4th picture is a cafe by the entrance called "Corner Cafe", where you can order coffee or tea. I didn't order any this morning, though, because every table at the Vietnamese breakfast spot already comes with a clear teapot of fragrant hot tea—so you can see the beautiful tea color inside—along with little teacups. It's perfect for sipping to wash down the food. ✅ In the 5th and 6th pictures, I ordered Banh Mi with pate and pan-fried skillet eggs, accompanied by a bright orange-red chili sauce for an extra kick. Another dish I ordered was pork shumai served with a sour dipping sauce. The total cost was just 4 red bills (400 THB). ✅ The last picture: If you're not a fan of Vietnamese food, you can head over to the shop's food court for noodles, stewed pork leg on rice, Hainanese chicken rice, or other made-to-order dishes. ⏰ Open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There is plenty of convenient parking. If you're driving by, be sure to drop in, fill your stomach, and fuel up for the rest of your road trip!

#GetDiscountWithoutLuck Today, I'm giving you a strong recommendation for a somtum (papaya salad) restaurant whose name alone speaks to its rich and delicious flavors. If you're passing through Amphoe Phon, you absolutely must stop by! Name of Place: Somtum Phan Lan_Saap Ver 🌶️🍋 Location: 317/8 Serm Sawat Road, Muang Phon Subdistrict, Amphoe Phon, Khon Kaen Province (Easy to find! Just use GPS. A famous and popular spot among locals!) Friendly Review: The name "Phan Lan" (meaning "billion") isn't just for show; the deliciousness is truly billion-level! If you love fermented fish sauce, you'll be in heaven because the broth is incredibly flavorful, fragrant, and not fishy. The balance of sour, spicy, salty, and sweet is absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is super friendly, like a familiar somtum restaurant, giving you a comfortable feeling like eating at a friend's house. Each dish is served generously, with plenty of ingredients. It's mouthwatering even before it's on the table! The highlight is the "freshness" of the ingredients, from the crispy papaya to the crab, fermented fish sauce, and all the carefully selected side dishes. Plus, the vendor is so kind and cheerful. You can order it mild, medium, or spicy – she'll happily make it for you! Recommended dishes you can't miss: Tam Phan Lan (Billionaire Papaya Salad): A signature dish with so many toppings you can barely see the papaya strips! It includes fresh shrimp, pork sausage, rice noodles, and various side dishes, all mixed with a delicious fermented fish sauce – simply amazing! Grilled Chicken: Tender meat, crispy skin, and fragrant herbs. It's a perfect match to eat with papaya salad. Larb Moo/Tup Wan (Sweetened Pork/Liver Salad): A flavorful dish with the aroma of freshly roasted rice. The liver is perfectly cooked, soft and tender. Opening Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM (Perfect for a spicy lunch or to take home for a delicious dinner!) #SomTamPhanLanSpicy #PhonDistrictRestaurantReview #PhonDistrictGoodies #KhonKaenPapayaSalad #BillionaireSpicyDeliciousness

Just found out that Khon Kaen also has something like this. The word "Sok" in Isan language means an area eroded by water currents until it became a sok or a flowing canyon. This place was inspected by the Department of Mineral Resources and found that it is made up of sedimentary rocks that are more than 65.5 million years old, from the Cretaceous to the early Tertiary periods. These rock structures were formed from natural weathering and erosion, giving them unique characteristics, such as the bumpy stone fields, stone pillars, and the eroded landscape that has become strangely beautiful in a different way. It looks similar to the Pae Mueang Phi in Phrae Province. #Beliefs and Legends According to legend, in 1941, the villagers had to face a serious epidemic that killed many people. It also made it impossible for the villagers to hold funerals according to their beliefs. Many bodies were dumped in this area. Which later became "Sok Phi Di", a name that reflects the creepy atmosphere of this place. 📍Location: Ban Nong Bua Noi, Village No. 8, Sok Nok Ten Subdistrict, Phon District, Khon Kaen Province #Advice · The place is not very big. The car can reach it. It is right next to the parking lot. · The road is good. The entrance is a little gravel. 400 meters, but it is easy to drive to. · You should go in the morning or evening. The weather is not hot.

🙏Wat Phra That In Plaeng is an old temple in Nakhon Phanom Province. 🙏The sacred principal Buddha image in the ordination hall is called "Luang Pho In Plaeng". · This temple tells the story of the legend of the sacredness of Luang Pho In Plaeng, when the former abbot prayed to the principal Buddha image in the ordination hall, asking for the guardian deities and sacred objects to come down and grant him success. And it happened as he prayed. · People came to sell land and got it, and people came to pay their vows with prizes. · The temple walls are decorated with Naga statues. · The architecture is quite striking, a replica of Phra In Plaeng, with literary styles decorating the front gate, stairs leading up to the ordination hall, and all the way to the temple buildings. It is very beautiful. · The temple grounds are very small, so be careful of cars if you want to take pictures, because most of the parking is there. · The temple is open for visitors to pay homage and ask for blessings every day. #VisitNakhonPhanom #WatPhraInPlaeng #MueangDistrict #NakhonPhanomProvince #EnterTheTemple #Worship #AskPhraInPlaeng #SellLand #AskForPrizes
