At dusk, our Ruby Princess Cruise and two other cruise ships are docked in Victoria, Canada, the most prestigious coastal city on Vancouver Island, the capital of British Columbia, Canada. Three large cruise ships docked, and thousands of people rushed off the boat. Victoria's small city streets were full of tourists. Almost all the shops sold souvenirs.
