Location: Primrose Hill, London.
The capital city of England offers many wonderful places for photography.
Primrose Hill in Camden area is my absolute favourite in the city. The best part...it's free and spacious.
Tip: Arrive for the sunrise. You might be lucky like me and see the sun appear over St. Paul's Cathedral for a stunning skyline shot.

Primrose Hill is a Grade II listed public park located north of Regent's Park in London, England, first opened to the public in 1842. It was named after the 64 metres 210 ft natural hill in the centre of the park, the second highest natural point in the London Borough of Camden. the hill summit has a clear view of central London, as well as Hampstead and Belsize Park to the north and is adorned by an engraved quotation from William Blake. Based on the popularity of the park, the surrounding district and electoral ward were named Primrose Hill.
Excellent view to the city of London. Strange to have such a spot to look out from in London! Big green space. Ideal for a picnic if the sun actually shone! The view looks almost due east. I suspect the sunrises here over London would be worth a look. Will try that one day.
Beautiful hilltop view that’s a short hike away from the street levels - we laid down on the grass patches and just bask in the weather 🌞
It was a clear day when we visited and could really see out far into the city. It does get chilly if you stay long enough in the cooler seasons, so do bring along some outwear!

Primrose Hill - London
Primrose Hill is a 78 meter high hill located in the northern part of Regent's Park in north London and is also the name of the area surrounding it. The hill overlooks central London to the southeast, and Balsize Park and Hampstead to the north.
Like Regent's Park, Primrose Hill became a royal property in 1841, and the land was opened to the public in 1842. The superstructure of Primrose Hill is mostly Victorian terraces. This place has always been one of the most luxurious properties within the city, in the area between the center of London and the far suburbs, and still remains expensive and prosperous. In October 1678, Primrose Hill became the site of the mysterious murder of Edmond Barry Godfrey.

Regent’s Park is another great park to visit. In addition to the amazingly decorated gardens, often we see quirky art exhibitions in the park. The ZSL London Zoo is also located in the park, you might even see a few monkeys when passing by.
Finally, after climbing a hill for 10 minutes, we get to the top of Primrose Hill. This is the rewarding part of the journey, where we get to see the spectacular skyline of London.
You can recognise buildings such as St Paul’s Cathedral, the Shard, the BT Tower, London Eye, Houses of Parliament and even the Crystal Palace Tower.
