The Bark's Cafe is a pet friendly place. There is no Air con and is an outdoor seating arrangement. But you don't feel warm in there. You need to scan the QR code to view the menu and place your order. The food portion is quite big and they are delicious too. The place is very relaxing and is a great place to chill out.
There is live band as well, you can enjoy the music while eating. Staff are friendly and service is good too. The prices of the food is not cheap too. One of their popular dishes is the chicken wings.

Located just next to Changi Chapel & Museum along Upper Changi North road, The Bark Cafe is an outdoor bistro cafe which is pets-friendly.
The cafe serves finger foods like chicken wings, prawn fritters, spam fries, popcorn chicken… The cafe also have several types of beer such as Edinger, Kilkenny, Heineken, Saporro and many more.. They also serve classics like long island tea, mojito, margarita… To place an order, you have to scan the given QR code to access the menu and make your order from there.
Overall, this is a nice place to chill out with your friends over some drinks or gather with a group of friends to match foodtball matches as there are 2 huge projector screens.
