The food here is made from seasonal ingredients sourced from Mima City, including local vegetables, brown rice, Awa-odori chicken, fresh fish, sudachi, blueberries, and Awa bancha tea, all specialties of Tokushima Prefecture. The simple cooking methods highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, making the dishes not only delicious but also generously portioned.
