Awesome Road trip from Las Vegas to Horse shoe bend then 2 nights at Salt lake city. Came to San Francisco/ San Jose Via Reno. One night at Reno. Spent 2 nights at San Jose then Came to Disneyland for few days. Started driving from 1 Las Vegas to salt lake City Via Horse shoe bend (stayed 2 night at Slalt lake city) 2 Salt lake to Reno ( 1 night at Reno) 3 Reno to San Francisco ( 2 night at San Francisco/ San Jose) 4 San Francisco to Disney land( spend 4 nights at Disney Land) #Horseshoe Bend #San Francisco #Reno #Disneyland

This was recommended by Trip.com and rated at 4.2 stars. I wouldn’t have booked it without the positive rating. 🏖️Ambiance/Facilities: The place smelled of urine and the setting is downtown scary. The front desk were nice and helpful when checking in. The door to my room doesn’t close properly and when it is shut isn’t really closed, the hallway is visible from the bed. The TV was broken and another without legs propped up against it - no way to may it stand up correctly. Also there is no cable or streaming service, so make sure you sign out of your services on check out. The decor is falling off, damaged and imperfections painted over. The bathroom was the nastiest of all. With black and moldy caulking, scum and hairs in the corners, to peeling damp paint and painted bathtubs. Please don’t stay here. I was not allowed to cancel my booking on viewing of the room and get a refund, so I could go to another hotel. Shame on any star rating over a 2. 💞Reasons to Recommend: Positives, close to the casinos.

this place was awful!!! security didn't care to make a report!!! staff just trespassed me for asking them to check cameras!!! over $20,000 worth of stuff stolen!!! my iPhone 13, vintage coach purse, soundbar speaker, all my clothes, makeup, hygiene, weed pipe and bong, my wallet with my id, credit cards, social security, and more was all stolen even thou I put a tote at the corner of the door, had the deadbolt on, and must have a key card to enter room!!! i woke up to staff and security busting in and throwing me out claiming that the protection I put onto the door wasn't there and telling me i couldn't stay another night even thou already paid for because i didn't have my id to be able to stay in their hotel... Think staff was involved!!!#trip

Having experienced Las Vegas a few times we thought we would give Reno a try, a smaller and a more manageable experience. Vegas is so big and busy now it can be quite overwhelming, especially if you stay in one of the super hotels. We decided to spend the night in Reno on the way back to California on a road trip. Downtown Reno itself is very small, a few blocks of buildings and hotels and a few small restaurants and entertainment venues. It has definitely seen better days as there are a lot of places that are closed or rundown, but it does have some charm as such a small city. It’s a great pitstop as hotels are a lot cheaper than Las Vegas and there is still a fair amount of choice, we stayed at the El Dorado and although it’s an older hotel it is well maintained throughout. We took a drive around the nearest city blocks and found a few cute places to eat and drink, browsed some gift shops and spent a bit of time in the sports bar which had a great atmosphere. Overall a decent one night stay if you want to experience the Vegas lifestyle without spending too much money. I was really impressed with the staffing as everyone from check in, housekeeping, store staff and door staff were friendly, welcoming and sincere. #reno #nevada #roadtrip #Hotel

Some of the mountains I crossed on the way to Reno, Nevada..Got a chance to stay the #Cambria hotel in Nebraska and ate a great meal in the restaurant! I stopped at a rest stop and took acouple pictures of land, because that was all there in Cheyenne lol.. but eventually I ended up in Reno, Nevada at the #Aiden Best Western where I seen the sunrise before I flew to Indiana that evening ! I also added two Philadelphia pictures of the baseball stadium and land overhead...Enjoy!
