The spring opening wave of amusement parks in Germany is here
Starting from late March, major parks are opening one after another, with new themed areas, new roller coasters, and new interactive attractions debuting. Keep this opening guide handy for weekend outings with kids or friends.
🎢 Europa-Park | Rust
The 18th themed area officially opens, dedicated to the Principality of Monaco, featuring a Mediterranean vibe centered around the roller coaster "Silver Star." Prince Albert II of Monaco plans to attend the unveiling in summer.
New highlights: Content creator Sally Özcan’s café opens in the Iceland-themed area; Silver Lake City adds 119 new rooms
Opening: Soft opening on March 22, official opening on March 28
🎈 Tripsdrill | Cleebronn
The new attraction "Luftikus" debuts, designed as a vintage Zeppelin airship with small gondolas rotating on a circular structure, offering a unique experience.
Opening: Soft opening weekend on March 21-22, official opening on March 28
Summer preview: New 200 sqm indoor playground themed as a Swabian traditional food storage room
🪄 Schwaben Park
In July, a new family attraction "Turbo Tonis Wäscheschleuder" will launch, inspired by a traditional laundry tub, featuring a large swing with a maximum swing height of 12 meters.
Tickets: €30 for ages 12 and up, €27 for ages 3-11
🕵️ Ravensburger Spieleland | Meckenbeuren
The interactive attraction "Scotland Yard," opened last year, continues to be a highlight, where children play detectives in a recreated London setting.
Opening: Annual pass holders can enter early on March 26, official opening on March 28
🧱 Legoland Deutschland | Günzburg
The entrance area has several new highlights: a nearly 5-meter-tall "Tree of Creativity" built with about 260,000 LEGO bricks, a new large LEGO figure "Professor Brick" debuts, and the LEGO store has been expanded.
Opening: March 28, with the Ninja-themed event starting the same day (lasting until April 12)

Located next to Legoland, aimed at preschool children, opening on March 28
