Visited Senai International for the very first time as I travel back from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Fireflyz on a ticket bought on Trip.com. The airport is not big, but nicely designed with good drop off area with drop off bay, a grand entrance with many retails and food and beverage outlets. Luggage scan was quick and the check in counters are plentiful. Once clear customs, we went up to the upper level where you do find the Premium Plaza Lounge and the 9 available gates with Gate 1 and 2 for International and the rest for Domestic. #hellonewyear #johorbahru #airport

After a fun day at the Super Fruit Orchard, it all started with a hearty dim sum breakfast! The array of tea snacks made me feel like I was instantly back in Guangzhou, enjoying the delicacies, listening to the birds and insects in the early morning, with blue skies and white clouds in my view, my mood was really super good! · After the meal, a series of enlightening activities ensued! · Firstly, this Super Fruit Orchard is currently the largest carambola plantation in Malaysia. Here we not only saw carambola trees that were thirty years old but also experienced picking and tasting the delicious carambola rich in anthocyanins, as well as drinking freshly squeezed carambola juice. · Then it was the picking of the horned beans, which was also my first time seeing the flower of okra. · We also walked into the stingless bee breeding area, got up close with the stingless bees, and extracting stingless bee honey was very interesting. Moreover, the stingless bees here forage on carambola flowers, so the taste is very unique, and it is said to be highly nutritious. · In addition to learning about related agricultural knowledge and picking experiences, we also enjoyed the thrill of riding ATVs through the mountains and fields. · The most exciting part for me! There was also a durian eating session! The taste of both the Red Prawn and Kampung durians was very good, paired with durian companions like mangosteen, and complemented by wax apples, rambutans, etc., it was truly a grand fruit feast! · In summary, the play options at this Super Fruit Orchard are just too abundant!

Johor Bahru, opposite Singapore, is the southernmost city in Eurasia. 📍Senai Super Fruit Garden The Senai Super Fruit Farm in Johor Bahru is the largest Jaboticobacteria orchard in Malaysia. The total area is about 150 acres, of which 100 acres are planted with jaboticaba and 50 acres are used for various activities, including camping, life camp, fruit garden and other activity areas. One day is not enough to play the series. ☀️Morning: Pick okra - eat honey - pick jaboticaba After breakfast, start a good day. Take a modified tractor 🚜 to the picking area, put on gloves 🧤, carry a basket, and start picking okra, which we call okra, and get a close look at the growing environment of okra. To eat honey, go to Malaysia’s unique silver bee area, extract silver honey, and witness the growth of silver honey. #newyearadventure Food was decent but with a 5 star hotel kinda price. The view was stunning. The hotel is so huge that you can't even finish tour it in a day! The breakfast buffet was so so. Too plain. The biggest room is considered big and with a very thoughtful gesture from the hotel management, they provided mosquito repellent in the room as the hotel is quite in a greenery area. The room toilet is accommodating as the shower and the toilet are separated. The toilet mirror is the main in the toilet. Built in with two lights on the side and with a unique design on the top ceiling. The pool was sufficient. The toilet at the poolside even has a jacuzzi in it! They even have an Olympic pool and kids room as well! Will come back here again for the appealing services provided here. 📍So this week i landed again at Senai International Airport, Johor. I personally favour their convenient facilities here which you can read via my several previous posts. This time upon landing, I intend to perform solat here. So I went to the Muslim/Muslimah prayer room provided at the airport near to KFC and Subway. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE FACILITY!🤩 ✅Spacious, clean, prayer mat & veil also provided, and the mirror is wide. Their ablution spot (tempat wuduk) also spacious and disabled-friendly as they provide chair to cater oldfolks or disable person to perform ablution. Very convenient and comfortable performing prayer/solat here 🤩 There is also a nearby Masjid (mosque) outside the Senai Airport and quite big. For the past 2months, i had the opportunity frequently fly to Johor Bahru for my work matters. ✈️From my first flight landed at Senai International Airport (JHB), Johor Bahru up till today, my trip always run smooth here. 📌They have executive lounge and open lounge for the passengers prior to boarding their flights. The toilets in the airport are very clean and no bad smell. 📌You can also fill your tummy with a wide range of food outlets offered in Senai Airport. 📌They also have several massage chairs before the Departure gate and in between of the food outlets. 📌For muslim, there are separate prayer room for men & women. My first visit here..what a lovely view. I took a chance to jog along the golf resort the next morning before having our buffet breakfast. This resort was so big and we enjoyed our jog that morning. The breakfast was a common menu and extra special was buah limau because it was CNY. The swimming pool was big, adults n kids pool were side by side. Just big enough and my kiddos enjoyed their swim. The room also was quite big, with a bathtub and separated shower and toilet. The air conditioner was super cool til we had to switch off it at night. Easy access to convenience stores nearby, Senai Airport and other amenities.

They used to be in Taman Pelangi years ago before moving to Senai. How good is it? Every time my teammate’s 100-year-old grandma goes out for a meal, this is always the first choice. ✨ Their signature Hakka Fried Pork is an absolute must-order! Perfect balance of lean and fat, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, rich without being greasy. One bite and you’ll know why everyone keeps coming back. 💯 At just RM9 a piece, it’s honestly such a steal! ✨ I also love their Choy Sum Soup and Bitter Gourd Pork Kidney Soup. As someone who loves cooking at home (proof: @RITA 😂) and is super picky with food, I could immediately tell how fresh the ingredients are. The pork kidney is cleaned really well with no unpleasant smell at all. They even told me it’s getting harder to source pork kidneys these days, so I always reserve mine before visiting. This is what I did during my short stay as a solo female traveller from Singapore. I actually went across the causeway specially to stay in this hotel. I took a long bus ride from JB Sentral J30 it was 3.20RM and it was faster than expected maybe because traffic was fast. Then I reached more than an hour earlier and they let me check in after my visit to the washroom. Impiana Hotel Senai is a short 10 mins drive away from Senai International Airport, making this place a convenient choice for travellers. This is the Club Deluxe Room. Definitely bigger than the Deluxe Room, ample space comes with a computer chair and glass desk to do your work and eat and even a couch for you to chill. When you open the wardrobe, there’s 4 bathrobes, one is the lounge type while the other is suitable for after visiting the pool when you’re wet. Amenities kit came in a small bag. The bathroom was way bigger and the shower was interesting as it had four different ways to shower.
