#northerneurope A nice place to shop, eat and watch a movie. The parking sites are located conveniently and one can choose the location based on which shops one wishes to visit in the mall. Parking is free. There’s a reason why this whole place has been going for so many years now when in general a lot of high streets are struggling, literally everything you could possibly need here from clothing to toys to food to entertainment. And most cities in the UK, including London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, etc.....there are some like European versions of Air Asia and Tune hotel. Most importantly, the price is cheap, the regular price is expected to be less than HK$400. If you hit the big sale, half or 70% off, super cheap! Among them, Sheffield city center is about 10 minutes walk from the train station, and most attractions are within walking distance. Easy Hotel branded itself as a low-cost hotel, so there was nothing in the room except a bed and a small toilet and shower. No toothbrushes and slippers (but two-in-one shower gel with shampoo and towels are provided), no tables and chairs, no kettle, no wifi. There is a TV to watch, a vending machine and a coffee machine in the lobby can be paid by the user. No gym no pool! The cheapest rooms also have no windows but do have central air conditioning. There is an elevator and a front desk. Incidentally, though it’s a low-cost hotel. But I think the attitude of the counter staff is very good, and very safe (there is a door ban requires a card swipe to enter.

[Sheffield] ～ Cutlery Works I went to a food court called "Cultery Works" in Sheffield some time ago. There are various restaurants, drink shops, bars and so on. The decor is very cute and there is plenty of seating. We tried the authentic tea drinks from ALS GongCha, the bubble milk tea and cheese milk cap were both delicious. They have a lot of teas to choose from on the menu! For food, we had authentic Malaysian cuisine ~ Sylok-Lah! We were amazed by the overall dining experience and the food was delicious! A friend and I made our way to Lodge Moor POW camp one spring. It’s not well marked or preserved in any way. However, in its hay day, it was the largest POW camp in Britain. We did some research and learned that it held about 10,000 prisoners at one point. Off all the historical places I’ve been to, I have to say, this one left the biggest impact. There was definitely a strange feeling on the site itself. Worth a visit if that history peaks your interest.

The first photo is a view of Sheffield's downtown, which I especially cherish and love. England, with its good weather, is so beautiful. I also recommend going up to Bolehills Park and watching the sunset. You can see the entire city of Sheffield at a glance. While walking down Sheffield Street I went into this place because there were a lot of desserts on display that looked delicious. After eating, I searched and found out that it was a famous afternoon tea franchise that can be found all over England. Since it was a place that sold French desserts, there were also macarons. The Millennium Gallery in Sheffield offers free exhibitions. You don't have to worry about coming all the way from abroad and having trouble understanding the exhibits. This exhibition was truly a treat. I especially liked the exhibit, which seemed to look down on people from above, as seen in the first photo. 📌 Did you know that in the UK, IKEA is called "Ikea"? I was really surprised to see them call it "Ikea" on the IKEA announcement. The interior was identical except for the change from Korean won to British pounds. If you're planning a long-term stay, I recommend visiting IKEA to stock up on basic necessities. 📌 Meadowhall, Sheffield's second shopping destination, is similar to our country's outlet malls! my journey from Beeston to Sheffield was nice

Had an amazing time at Kuckoo's in Sheffield! Best bottomless brunch I've tried so far. The pizza was delicious, and the drinks menu had tons of great options. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic with such a great vibe! Huge shoutout to Josh/Joshua, who was super quick bringing our drinks. He was awesome, had a great attitude, and made sure we were all having an amazing time. Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed a wonderful spa day at the Mercure and found it to be excellent value! We had two 50-minute treatments each with fantastic therapists. The afternoon tea was delightful as well. Highly recommend this experience. Big thanks to Saffron and Charlotte—arrived stressed, left feeling weightless!

Our family visited together—my 9-year-old daughter and my 85-year-old mum—and truly, there’s something for everyone. The 1940s theme was absolutely superb, and the staff were warm, friendly, and well-informed about the history. We thoroughly enjoyed it and loved the experience so much, we’ve decided to get an annual pass and will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful day 💕
