Songjeong Beach Songjeong Hotel ~ The accommodations were clean and the night view was great. There were food stalls and a 24-hour supermarket right in front of the hotel. Even though it was winter, it was warm because it was south of the beach! There was a Baskin-Robbins on the first floor, so I enjoyed ice cream every now and then. It was a healing experience. #TravelPlan

This year's trip with my colleagues was planned back in October to reserve accommodation, otherwise everything would be fully booked. We went camping at Moss Camp Field, which I have to say was totally worth it because the view was amazing and we got a very clear and close-up view of Mount Fuji. My friends and I work in Japan, so transportation and supplies were convenient for us. The camp has all the necessary equipment for rent, and there's a large supermarket next to the camp for food and drinks. If you have your own car, you can bring it along and pitch your own tent, just renting the site. But we rented everything because we traveled by bus. The camp provides sleeping bags for each person, a BBQ grill, camping equipment, and separate men's and women's restrooms and showers. Walking back to the bus stop near the popular lake, where there's a temple to pray, is also an option. There are actually maps showing the various points of interest as well. #italytrip I just had an incredible visit to La Venaria Reale, and it's a place that should be on everyone's list when in Italy! 🏛️✨ Located just outside of Turin, this grandiose former royal palace is often compared to Versailles, and it’s easy to see why. The entrance fee was €20, which included access to the palace, gardens, and current exhibitions. The sheer scale and opulence of the palace are breathtaking, with its magnificent frescoed ceilings, elegant halls, and the stunning Galleria Grande, a long, white gallery filled with natural light and intricate details. 🖼️👑 The gardens are equally impressive, stretching as far as the eye can see, and are perfect for a leisurely stroll. 🌷🌳 I spent hours wandering through the carefully manicured hedges, fountains, and blooming flowers. There are also some fantastic modern art installations scattered throughout, which add a contemporary twist to the historic setting. If you’re up for it, take a ride on the mini train (€4) that loops around the grounds—it’s a fun way to see more of the gardens without all the walking! After exploring the palace, I stopped at the café in the courtyard for some coffee and gelato. ☕🍦 The views of the palace from the outside are as impressive as the inside, especially with the mountains as a backdrop. I highly recommend visiting La Venaria Reale for its combination of history, art, and natural beauty.
