Native Indians along the Chagres River Panama
While in Panama City we visited the native indian village! Wow it was amazing, my gran is over 70 and we rode in a canoe up to a hike and up a waterfall.
We then wen’t back in the canoe to the village of the Embera Indians who keep their ancient customs and traditions alive. The food was the best food i ate all my trip, simple and delicious. We dance, ate food and fruit and listened while they told us about their rich culture. It was beautiful!#panamacity #canoeing #native #waterfall

Time Lapse of ship crossing the Panama Canal
An amazing once in a life time experience 😍#panamacity #Panamacanal
#timetotravel Had a great at Panama city beach The beach was uncrowded and clean. The sand is amazing. Public parking is available along the main beach area, we recommend the parking by entry #5. Unfortunately there is nowhere to wash your feet or use a restroom. We had to travel a long distance the next day to find any beach with facilities for the public. You can go to St. Andrews State Park and pay $8 to park and have use of facilities.😊😊😊😛😛😛#beachlife#panamacity
