Once you hike down this Eiger Trail, other places sceneries are not comparable anymore. Getting There - From Jungfraujoch : Take Mountain Train down to Eigergletscher station. Find Eiger Trail sign behind the station/ask the staff, start there and just follow the route. Attractions - Hiking with breathtaking scenery, suitable for healthy children (around 5+ y.o) with guardian/adults. Hiked 20 km from Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg and down to Lauterbrunnen—896m elevation gain in 5 hrs. Took train to Wengen and started the hike. Took the longer, wooded trail up (moderate, some slippery spots) and scenic, easy trail by the railway down.
