We were there on a rainy day, thus not much crowd is seen in the park. Taiping Lake Gardens offers a serene tranquil lake garden ambiance, a place for hang outs, chill, exercise and so much more, away from the hustling and bustling city lifestyle. The gardens boast lush greeneries, vibrant water lilies, flowers, lake views. Beautiful lake and garden that is locals favourite and one of the famous tourist attraction in Taiping, this place is highly recommended for nature enthusiast and photographers! Besides, there are some fun activities that can be done here like boat pedalling or rent a bicycle to cycle around the park! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

This local lake is a hidden gem that's truly a testament to the wonders of nature's resilience and community care. The scenery here is nothing short of breathtaking. Love this restaurant that serve a lot of western food. There are two floors. A banqueting place is specially prepared on the upper floor which can accommodate approximately 20 adult family members. Usually this place is a hot spot for foodies and couples and families. Have a wide selection of local and western cuisine as well as a few choices of cakes. The lamb shank is good, nice marination. But they serve with a whole lot of mash potatoes underneath I do not know for what. We also ordered crazy chocolate milkshake, it is so nice and sweet. The toilet are clean, they even have Muslims prayer room. I drove a motorcycle to Kuala Lumpur and made a brief stop at the Taiping Highway rest stop. The greening project of the rest stop is quite outstanding, and the surrounding environment is quiet and pleasant. Here I found all sorts of delicious food and drink to satisfy my hunger and thirst. Moreover, the toilets in the rest stop are very clean and sanitary, making people feel comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stop and made the trip more relaxing and enjoyable. ❤️Enjoyed the unique RainTrees Walk where i can see the branches bend over the road and dip into the lake. Now the trees have to be proped up to preserve it. ❤️It is a Good thing that cars are not allowed to drive through under the cars!!! There are many paths for walks, exercise and even bicycles for rent. There are cycle boats for rent to ride on the lake. ❤️This Garden has been well taken care of and lots of beautiful greeneries good for photos. I Saw White flamingos and you can White Dots on trees in the evening when the flamingos nested. There are also many "best" in Malaysia It has the oldest lakeside park (consisting of 10 lakes) There is the oldest museum (previously free but now requires a ticket) It houses the first and oldest prison in Malaysia. The oldest zoo There is the country's first public swimming pool, etc. Not only is the place beautiful, the food is also superb Every time I go back, I gain 1-2-3 kg😂 If you haven't been there, you can consider it.
